Head to North Myrtle Beach and stay at one of our most popular properties, the Sandtrap, located less than 100 yards from the beach. This property is divided into 10 different cottages, and you can rent one unit, or for larger groups such as golf retreats or family reunions, you can reserve all ten. Sandtrap #8 is a three bedroom, two bath unit that will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, and is located on the upper floor of a private building. With four televisions, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and tasteful decorations, you will find all the comforts of home. Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and then come home and have a barbeque and play in the swimming pool, or get a fun game going on the basketball or volleyball court. You will be situated close to all that the Grand Strand has to offer, including family activities, delicious restaurants, and fun night spots. This unit tends to fill up fast, so make your reservation early. Come stay at the Sandtrap and have an excellent North Myrtle Beach vacation.

This is our 4th stay with Retreat Myrtle Beach and another great week! The units have excellent space for families and the location is so close to the ocean! I love that we can bring our dogs. Great outdoor space also! The locks have been changed to a pinpad instead of keys and that made it so easy for everyone! We were able to put in our own code so that the kids can remember it and there was no more worrying about lost keys or who was holding the keys, etc. We cook almost every day on vacation so my only suggestion is bring some extra plastic silverware (we ran out of forks by lunchtime each day and had to just wash some, not a problem at all) or other kitchen items you really need like a wine opener, wine glasses, as sometimes not everything you might want is there.

This was the perfect place for us. Our rental home was beautiful, convenient, and overall amazing. Beach was so close, we could hear the waves. We had the best week in NMB. The house was perfect for our party of 7. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools for cooking. We spent a lot of time on the covered porch in the evenings. Great property and so close and convenient to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at sandtrap 8. We brought a couple of teenagers with us and the basketball and volley ball court was great entertainment for them throughout the week when we were not at the beach. The walk is just a few mins away to the sand. The only thing I would change would have one of the bedrooms to be a master with a larger bed.

We had a blast. The unit was great, clean and location was perfect. Property Management staff was very attentive. The only issue I would say is the one unit allowed their dog in the pool. But I guess you can't control someone else's disrespect. So I would have to reconsider units that allow pets.

Stayed here with our kids and grand kids to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Nine of us total. Never ran out of hot water. Air conditioner was super cold. House is just across the street from the beach. It is closer to the beach than what it looks on the map, about a 3 minute walk to the public access to the beach. Nice having the whole house to ourselves. Nobody could bother us and we couldn't bother anybody regardless of what we did. Parking right at the door. Would definitely stay here again if we ever went back. Made a lot of fond family memories.

The good: The house is really cute with a wonderful covered porch and a nice grassy area right next to it that is perfect for corn hole. When You enter the house you are in a great open living/kitchen area. Everything was clean, updated, and a pleasant place to eat and watch tv.
The Bad: There is no master bedroom. One bedroom needs either a queen or king bed in it. The two bedrooms with the two full beds have both beds right up against the wall making them very hard for two people to sleep in. This also blocks the air vents in both rooms making them stuffy. Also the porch would be a super place to sit if it had some nice chairs. A picnic table is not very comfortable to sit at
The Ugly: Dorian arrived and we all had to evacuate. Retreat Myrtle Beach handled the situation great. We hope to return some time soon to finish our vacation.

The folks at Retreat Myrtle Beach do a wonderful job ensuring your stay in Myrtle Bsach is the best it can be. From the friendly front desk check in staff to the responsiveness of the office my family and I couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable beach vacation. The unit was clean and well maintained, the kids enjoyed the pool access, the basketball and volley ball courts in the back yard.
