Crescent Dunes is a nonsmoking building situated along the widest portion of the beach, where you can spend your days collecting shells, listening to the waves, swimming, playing, and soaking up the sun. To experience the utmost in luxury during your North Myrtle Beach vacation, come to the Penthouse at Crescent Dunes. This three bedroom, two bath unit offers a sunny, luxurious feel. This penthouse not only offers breathtaking views, but also comfortably sleeps up to six people and is decorated in tropical beach décor. After you have had your seaside fun, you can relax in the oceanfront pool, barbeque on one of the grills, or just sit and read a fun book on the deck. If enjoying the Grand Strand has completely worn you out, you will be extra thankful for the elevator service and ample parking. You can enjoy flat screen televisions in the living room and all bedrooms, and free wireless internet will help you stay as connected as you wish to be. Come and enjoy all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer, and let Crescent Dunes be your home away from home. THIS BUILDING HAS A 35# WEIGHT LIMIT FOR PETS, AS WELL AS A 2 PET MAXIMUM PER UNIT.

March - November we rent Saturday to Saturday only, with the exception of last minute requests based on availability; please call our office if you need assistance.
We rent strictly to families and adults 25 and over only in this property. Family groups are defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing together in one home. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non family groups, to be determined at the sole discretion of Retreat Myrtle Beach. Violators of this regulation will be denied occupancy and will forfeit the full rental amount. In the instance that a non-family group is found to occupy a unit, the violation of the above rules shall be grounds for an expedited eviction with no refund. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.
Rates are based on beach location, property quality, condition, furnishings and the number of people the unit may accommodate. Errors in descriptions, rates and property amenities listed or advertised are subject to change without notice. Omissions and/or additions or errors as well as changes in property bedding, furnishings and equipment, etc., shall not be the responsibility of the agent or owner. Errors can happen for many reasons, however, our staff works diligently to ensure the accuracy of the information offered in both printed and website material. Retreat Myrtle Beach reserves the right to correct any error in pricing or description on this website. Misrepresented groups such as students/house parties posing as a family will be evicted and no monies returned .

This property provides a great view and plenty of space to relax and just breathe. The only issue is that 2 of the bedrooms' windows allow light from the hallway in so if you need a dark room, you'll need a sleeping mask or a way to cover the windows.

The condo itself is in a great location, oceanfront close to everything 3 bedroom overall good condition master bathroom, had some issues wallpaper peeling, tile in the main shower was cut too short around the drain leaving a big gap very easy to cut your foot and cause serious problems this should be fixed

This was the firts time we stayed at Crescent Dunes in about 10yrs. We were pleasantly suprised with the furnishings in 603. Modern and up to date. The unit was clean and well equipped with all the kitchen utensils, pots, pan and even a Keurig coffee maker which was used frequently. Centrally located close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores it is a great location. We will be back again in the future.

This is the third year of renting at Crescent Dunes, each year having been in a different condo. The unit was plenty spacious and attractively furnished. We brought a pet who did well in the unit.
We did report low hot water pressure in the kitchen sink which made rinsing dirty dishes before placing them in the dishwasher a difficult task. An attempt by maintenance to repair it was made on our third day, but faucet parts had to be located and perhaps ordered. This preceded the Hurricane which we suspect disrupted progress for a least a day, but when we checked out on 10/05, it was still not completed.
RMB staff was good to promptly replace a defective coffee maker.
RMB staff was very empathetic with our having to terminate our trip early due to medical emergency.
I think the master bath shower should have a grab bar. It doesn't and I think that's a hazard for slip and falls.

Crescent Dunes 603 is a nice condo in a really good location. Everything appeared clean upon our arrival. The biggest problem is the footboards on all the beds. The posts stick out in the floor and everyone had black and blue spots on their legs from hitting them. There were lots of things needing TLC. The hall bathroom needs something done to the shower head. It shuts water everywhere. The sink at the dressing table is stopped up. The kitchen sink appears you have a choice between hot water or good water pressure.. I guess the lack of hot water caused it to have an odor. Someone should check things like this. The pool area is in need of new cushions on almost all the chairs. I know everyone pays a maintenance fee which should cover that.

Loved everything about this unit! Beautifully decorated, furniture very comfortable, especially the beds, excellent view fro the balcony! A few minor issues, mostly with the kitchen. It could use some new utensils, a lot of mismatched silverware, a few of the forks couldn’t be used the prongs were all bent. Also needs a full size strainer for pasta.
Location is perfect, right in the beach and shopping just a few blocks away. Grocery store, super Walmart, restaurants and mini golf not far away! Loved the fact that we were able to bring our Yorkie with us!
Enjoyed daily walks on the beach early morning and evening with her every day.
Looking forward to returning to the area in the future. Would definitely rent this unit or another one in this building!

Pet friendly and perfectly located near barefoot landing. The condo was very comfortable and furnished with leather couches. The showers were good sized which can be an issue when renting houses on the beach. The A/C worked perfectly which after a day at the beach is wonderful. The deck has a wonderful 6th story view. The only thing I wished the condo had was a way to cover the deck. Since its the top floor there is not shading on the deck and it can get hot or wet when it rains.
The pool downstairs was clean and on the path to the ocean. The walk to the beach is short and the path is level and clear. No dunes to climb.
Medieval times and Pirates Voyage are a short drive as is downtown myrtle beach.
Great location, great condo. Highly recommend. We are going back.

When we arrived we waited longer because the previous guest had trashed the condo and it needed extra attention. I think the person cleaning done the best she could with the amount of time she had. The day before check out the ceiling in the hall caved in on my clothing. We had rain for a couple days. I didn't have any permanent damage just water. When we left we accidently broke a glass vase on the coffee table. I let them know at check out. We did receive our 100.00 deposit back which I thought was good sense we broke something. The manager always promptly answered all my questions. I actually liked the layout of the condo and definitely would stay again.

Great location, clean, and spacious. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. A perfect place if you have a pet. We really enjoyed this place and for sure we will be back. This is our fifth time in Myrtle Beach and this is one of the best places especially since we take our dog with us.

Have stayed here for the last two years, love the ceramic tile throughout the unit.The location is great as you are on the beach, and close to dining and shopping. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. The management was very friendly and easy to work with also.

We rent here every year. For the last two years, in this condo, the master toilet has been loose/wobbly ; which is a bit awkward for my 84 year old mother.
The kitchen could use a few more items but I always bring extra for that reason. We do a fair bit of cooking.
I hate to mention it but this too is a constant. The floors are never clean. Our feet are black if we try to walk around barefooted. I try to clean them when we get there but that takes away from my time on the beach.
Otherwise we had a wonderful experience and will be returning next year!!

I would like to explain that the sand has a black substance on it, and it unfortunately, clings to the floors --- you can sweep, mop and mop again and there will still be a bit of residue. Perfect location. Would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend. The parking was convenient as well as the beach access. One thing, the elevator is crazy slow, but once you see the size of the rental and how nicely set up it is you'll forget about the elevator. The oceanfront view was stunning! Simply put, I absolutely loved the stay. Setting up the reservation was very last minute on my part, but Mrs. Jeanne was on top of things. Very friendly and professional and was very helpful throughout the entire process.

This was a nice unit/building; Elevator definitely made our older dog very happy v. steps/stairs. Condo was as described and met our needs for the week. It is obviously an older unit/building with some deferred maintenance issues (Example - Sticking/Stuck slider on to deck, but not major problem.) Suggestion - Something nice for renters would be a simple 'starter' kit upon arrival. Sample sizes of hand soap, cleaner, DW detergent, etc. would go a long way until renters can get to Kroger/Aldi for weekly supplies. Overall...Nice experience and would recommend to others.

We loved the location and we were so glad we could bring our puppy. She loved it. Very quiet place. Weather was great. I loved that we were text a code to get in and didn’t have to worry about picking up keys or losing keys.
