This three bedroom, two bath unit offers a sunny, tranquil beach feel with the most expansive views of the beach. This penthouse not only offers the best view in the building, but also comfortably sleeps up to six people and is decorated in modern coastal colors with hardwood bamboo floors. Crescent Dunes is a nonsmoking building situated along the widest portion of the beach, where you can spend your days collecting shells, listening to the waves, swimming, playing, and soaking up the sun. After you have had your seaside fun, you can relax in the oceanfront pool, barbeque on one of the grills, or just sit and read a fun book on the deck. If enjoying the Grand Strand has completely worn you out, you will be extra thankful for the elevator service and ample parking. You can joy flat screen televisions in the living room and all bedrooms, but the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean may be all you need to see. With two full walls of windows in the master bedroom, you will not be disappointed. Come and enjoy all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer, and let Crescent Dunes be your home away from home. THIS BUILDING HAS A 35# WEIGHT LIMIT FOR PETS, AS WELL AS A 2 PET MAXIMUM PER UNIT.

March - November we rent Saturday to Saturday only, with the exception of last minute requests based on availability; please call our office if you need assistance.
We rent strictly to families and adults 25 and over only in this property. Family groups are defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing together in one home. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non family groups, to be determined at the sole discretion of Retreat Myrtle Beach. Violators of this regulation will be denied occupancy and will forfeit the full rental amount. In the instance that a non-family group is found to occupy a unit, the violation of the above rules shall be grounds for an expedited eviction with no refund. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.
Rates are based on beach location, property quality, condition, furnishings and the number of people the unit may accommodate. Errors in descriptions, rates and property amenities listed or advertised are subject to change without notice. Omissions and/or additions or errors as well as changes in property bedding, furnishings and equipment, etc., shall not be the responsibility of the agent or owner. Errors can happen for many reasons, however, our staff works diligently to ensure the accuracy of the information offered in both printed and website material. Retreat Myrtle Beach reserves the right to correct any error in pricing or description on this website. Misrepresented groups such as students/house parties posing as a family will be evicted and no monies returned .

This is our 3rd year staying in 601 the same week each year. Rolling the deposit over for the following year is an awesome plan from Retreat. The condo works great for our 6 adults and two toddlers and a baby. Our only need was more coffee cups. Only had 4 cups for a condo that sleeps 6 and some wine glasses would be nice. The condo is beautiful and very clean.

It smelled so good and exceeded our expectations! 601 was so beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We had a beautiful week with so many wonderful memories made. An excellent experience! This is a beautiful condo, very well decorated and clean. We enjoyed the smaller complex and was excited we could bring our dog. We had an issue with the coffee pot, called and had another pot that afternoon. We definitely will be back. Thank you!

Our family has been staying in this unit for the last few summers and it’s become like a home away from home. There are always small but noticeable upgrades each year that improve the experience each time. The only thing that could improve the entire property would be a walkway over the dune from the building to the beach as the sand can get super hot on a summer day (but I don’t believe Retreat has any control over this!) Location is perfect and Jeanne is always a pleasure to work with! Already booking for next year!

Wonderful time. Did have problem with HVAC, which was addressed. Rental staff very nice. Great location for adults as this area does not have a lot of attractions, but they are close. Youngest with our party is 65. Close to restaurants and shopping. Read material from property management as this unit does not provide sheets or towels.

We enjoyed our stay! We’ve been staying at Crescent Dunes for many years and are always pleased with every stay. The unit was very clean and so nicely decorated. The heater fireplace was wonderful for our winter stay. Kitchen was well equipped and the Keurig was a surprising PLUS!! Only complaint is there were no hand towel bars/rings in master bath and vanity area, but the definitely wouldn’t prevent us from staying again because it was such a lovely and comfortable place to stay.

My vacation in October, that was arranged by Retreat Myrtle Beach, could not have been any better. The condo was by far the best one I have stayed in. It was spacious, updated, comfortable & beautiful. The location is a great selling point & the weather was perfect every day. But the staff at Retreat is what really made it exceptional. They bent over backwards to help me with a scheduling problem. I can’t thank Jeanne enough for all the extra effort she went to finding a solution to my problem. Also Judy did an excellent job of getting the condo ready in record time & thanks to Betsy for making sure it all worked out. Weloved the property but problem with toilet and repair not satisfactory we were just informing to let know we didn't do it told you we could manage and didn't need repair now you sent repair couldn't fix stayed all day couldn't use toilet told to clean apt.wonder what departure cleaning fee was for loved the apt and view but not the inconveniences beyond our control!

The check in was well organized and in short order we were in our beachfront condo rental. We had stayed at Crescent Dunes before so no surprises on our return this year. Communication with Retreat Myrtle Beach staff is always clear and prompt so booking and information was readily available. Unit 601 was all one could ask for. Layout if very accommodating, Balconies provide great views from both the living room and the main bedroom. The unit is well equipped and immaculate. The entire building is well maintained including parking are, pool area, entrance, elevator and hall ways. Would not hesitate to book the same unit through Retreat Myrtle Beach.

We have rented condos from here several times. Condos are very clean and spacious. And we get to bring our fur baby!!! Very close to the beach, literally out the door and on the beach. This is awesome for us, since we have kids and heap of beach toys!! Very safe place. Can’t think of any negative experiences we’ve had over the years. Pool is nice and cold. Condos have plenty of windows for the beautiful scenery. Balconies are awesome for early morning and late night occasions. Check in and check out are about the easiest we’ve seen. LOVE THIS PLACE!!❤️❤️❤️

Only complaint is after checking in, everyone is moving into their condos for that week at the same time and some people get a little testy when they have to wait on the elevator or luggage carts. We have stayed in this building once before. We came back because it’s in the perfect location right on the beach, with beautiful views, the building is not too big, is quiet, and is pet friendly. The unit had everything we needed for a 3 week stay. I am a little fussy when it comes to staying in clean units. This unit was okay with the exception of the floors. No mop so we wore our black socks all the time we were there. It could use a good freshening up....baseboards, windows, etc. We opted for the linen package, which was very clean,...actually looked new. No hand towels for the bathrooms included, so plan for that. This was the first vacation we took that didn’t include many planned activities. We enjoyed walking on the beach with our dog, walking to Molly Darcy’s, visiting the Heritage Shores nature preserve, Barefoot Landing, and just hanging out on our balcony. Jeanne Pullum made our reservation experience very easy and she was very pleasant to work with. All in all it was very relaxing and enjoyable. We will return!

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of Retreat Myrtle Beach - especially Chris and Jean. They were a great company to work with. The condo was very welcoming, spacious and as described. The view of the ocean was superb. Our stay was cut short due to a hurricane warning. We would definitely rent again from Retreat Myrtle Beach and stay at Crescent Dunes. A longer extended stay cannot be ruled out for the future. The negative is the slow (not air conditioned) elevator but once you enter the unit you no longer remember anything about the elevator. Our two Persian cats (Katie and Heidi) adjusted very quickly to their new environment. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a great experience.

Very nice. I wish there was a more handicap friendly condo available with rails in bathroom around toilet etc. And larger door entryways. Also wish checkout could be 1100.
