Lovely updated condo and so nice and clean. Always enjoy working with Jeanne and Retreat. Do need to mention that the kitchen needs some items restocked. No pizza pan or cookie sheets, no small sharp knife, and only three teaspoons which was a little inconvenient but we really appreciated the Keurig and being able to make a single serving of coffee. We would rent this unit again and would also recommend it to friends. We always enjoy this nice quiet section of beach.

Our stay was wonderful as always. Crescent Dunes 302 is perfect for our family (couple with two boys, 13 and 11, and my senior adult parents, plus our little dog). The access to the beach is awesome and we love the pool and deck access as well. The check in and check out process is super simple. We’ve already booked our stay for next year.

This is our second year staying at Crescent Dunes. My sisters and I absolutely love the area and the condo we stayed in. The condo was beautiful and had every amenity was could ask for. It was cozy and well maintained. Would love to stay in Crescent Dunes 302 again next year during our annual sister trip.

This has been our second summer at CD and we absolutely love it! I wish we would’ve have this place sooner because it’s just so amazing! We’ve been coming to Myrtle for over 30 years and this has been our most enjoyable condo so far. We’ve already booked again with Retreat for Christmas and next summer! I love having our dogs with us and the peace of mind that provides. It’s also wonderful seeing fellow dog parents with their furry friends. The area feels like it’s not commercialized even though you aren’t very far away from anything you heart desires! Also, Jeanne and the other staff are absolutely amazing to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was beautifully decorated and a perfect location!! We were concerned about being on the 3rd floor with our Frenchie. It wasn’t an issue at all the elevator and the trolley made it so convenient !! Would definitely recommend this unit!!

The property is exactly as it is described and is perfect for our family (myself, wife, 2 boys, little dog, and my senior parents). The unit was clean and well maintained again this year...even replacing the couch and chairs from last year which was a pleasant surprise. The property manager did exactly what was necessary...not overbearing at all but gave the needed information exactly when it was needed. Our favorite things to do is go to the beach, pool, and golf and this unit is perfect for all three. We would definitely recommend this property!

This is a great property, especially for guests with pets. This property was clean, modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and easy to maintain. While many pets were in the building, the noise levels were low, probably due to solid construction. Since my dog can be noisy, I appreciated this aspect. The property is steps from the beach, and the view was tremendous. Although it was colder when i was there, the balcony, pool, and outdoor lounge area are nice touches for warmer weather. The neighborhood is largely residential, but restaurants and shopping are close - some within walking distance. We enjoyed Molly Darby’s Irish Pub within walking distance. We had a great time, and we plan to rent this condo again the future.

We had a really super vacation. Check in after 20 some years Is easy. We had a little bit of a problem after arriving while unloading the car. Somehow we locked our keys along with the emergency numbers in the condo. A quick trip to the office and a phone call to Chris and the problem was solved before we drove back..(about 5 minutes) The condo was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. All appliances were updated. You do need some directions for the hall shower. According to maintenance they have to come often to show people how to make itwork. All the furniture, except the couch, was nice and comfortable. I think the couch needs to be replaced. Everyone, including fur babies had a super nice time and can't wait for our next trip.

The price and location of the condo were very good. That being said, the owners or property manager should be aware that there are deficiencies within the unit. First, the rocking chair on the balcony was broken and unusable. It appears to have been in this condition for some time. Second, a shelf in the refrigerator was broken and could easily be repaired (but was not). Third, the couch seriously needs replacement. Fourth, there were only three steak knives for six people. Finally, the pocket door in the master suite did not close, leaving little privacy for the occupant. I suggest the owner or property manager thoroughly review the unit and make the necessary upgrades.

All that being said, the location was excellent and the other occupants were friendly and a delight to talk with. My family enjoyed our time together as we live a good distance from each other, and we are thankful to have vacationed here. The check-in/check-out process was easy. Thank you.

This condo is very well maintained, and the shower was great. It was only two of us, and the bed in the master was comfortable. Most importantly, it was clean! I am very particular about cleanliness and so many times pet friendly places are not that clean. This was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in, which is awesome. Jeanne at Retreat was very nice. My only complaint was the dryer took forever to dry towels. I would stay there again.

The positive is is too lengthy but of course, as always, there are a couple suggestions for improvements to keep this stellar property consistently in the 'super category'. I would suggest the replacement of couch and dishwasher.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo complex is very nice and clean. The area is quiet and the beach is expansive. The unit is beautiful and newly updated. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils. My only complaint would be the leather sofa in the living room is uncomfortable.

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and 5lb shorkie. It was stocked full of everything we needed (except beach chairs-so be sure to bring them or you can rent them). We loved that the condo was mainly older couples and their families, because it was quiet and peaceful for most of our stay. The last 3/7 days there was a construction crew Jack hammering the building and concrete dust was going everywhere. It was the nicest of the 3 days we were there, so we couldn’t use the pool or even sit on our balcony, due to the noise and dust. They claimed it was an emergency fix, but the small piece they were fixing was like that when we arrived 4 days prior. I just wish they would have told us they were going to be doing that for 3/7 days or posted something about how long they would be there, since we would have checked out early or asked to use another properties pool/amenities during that time. Otherwise, the condo was very nice, in a great location, and was as described. Definitely would recommend this unit!

We felt like we were at home, fully-equipped kitchen, very comfortable, spacious bathrooms and of course, the real reason one comes to the beach ... phenomenal view of the beach!! This condo is also conveniently located. How wonderful to find a “clean pet-friendly place. Did I mention we had two balcony rocking chairs to rock our troubles away?? We only had two issues this time during our 2-week stay; one was a smoker on the balcony (this is a smoke-free building and grounds) and the other, jack-hammering on the unit above us (remodel). Both times the rental agency “Retreat Myrtle Beach” stepped in and resolved the issues quickly and efficiently. They are really one of the best rental agencies around!! Hoping the couch is replaced sooner than later - that's why I gave this a "4" in general conditions :-)

It was a beautiful rental completely remodeled. This dog friendly unit was great for my husband ,myself and our dog. I wish our weather was warmer...we had 50’s for the week but the view of the ocean and the walks with our dog was wonderful...a very friendly condominium....most have their 4 legged friend in tow and everyone was great! I would definitely come back to this unit!

We needed a place to fit a family with a special needs boy who won’t leave his dog! This place was beyond my expectations. Wonderfully decorated, lots of space, very clean. Loved the master shower & the rocking chairs on the balcony. My only complaint was the matress wasn’t very comfortable. It could have been softer for me.

We had a great experience at Creasant Dunes 302. The location was fabulous we had our own beach access right through the pool. The apartment was absolutely beautiful!! Bedrooms are large and each had their own tv. Beautiful views from the master bedroom and balcony. We loved everything about our stay at Creasant Dunes 302. We will definitely be back.

My family had a wonderful Thanksgiving get-a-way staying at 302 Crescent Dunes. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable for the long weekend. The grounds are very nice and super dog friendly which we appreciate. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to lay around and rest. Was pleasantly surprised by all of the cookware in the kitchen - great perk!

The condo needs just a bit of TLC - most of the buttons on the microwave didn't work, 3 out of the 4 coffee cups were chipped,etc. These details certainly didn't impact our vacation but wanted to note for awareness.

We did purchase the linen package which was great; although for $25/bed I would have expected the beds to have been made and sufficient towels to be provided. Not sure if this is something we would elect again.

The property team was so great to work with answering my many questions and never making me feel like a pest. They made the booking process a breeze!

We agonized over the idea of whether to continue with vacation or to cancel for months leading up to our trip because of the pandemic and what we were hearing in the news about the area. We decided to continue on with it and it was the best decision we've made this year so far. Everything was wonderful. The pictures were exactly what the place looked like upon arrival, we were very pleased. The only minor nit I would say is that the dryer had difficulty getting our clothes to dry. And consider getting a pizza cutter! With kids you make pizza and we couldn't find any pizza cutter to cut with. That said, I'd call it a resounding success if the only nits we had were those two things. Otherwise, it was exactly what we needed to feel like normal for a little while.

Lovely updated condo and so nice and clean. Always enjoy working with Jeanne and Retreat. Do need to mention that the kitchen needs some items restocked. No pizza pan or cookie sheets, no small sharp knife, and only three teaspoons which was a little inconvenient but we really appreciated the Keurig and being able to make a single serving of coffee. We would rent this unit again and would also recommend it to friends. We always enjoy this nice quiet section of beach.

This has been our second summer at CD and we absolutely love it! I wish we would’ve have this place sooner because it’s just so amazing! We’ve been coming to Myrtle for over 30 years and this has been our most enjoyable condo so far. We’ve already booked again with Retreat for Christmas and next summer! I love having our dogs with us and the peace of mind that provides. It’s also wonderful seeing fellow dog parents with their furry friends. The area feels like it’s not commercialized even though you aren’t very far away from anything you heart desires! Also, Jeanne and the other staff are absolutely amazing to work with.

Condo Furniture needs updating my friend next door had a very nice condo the one that I was in I was dissatisfied overall Furniture really outdated dog area downstairs not in good shape and not big enough people do not pick up after their dogs food left on the fake grass definitely need bigger area my dog is a small Chihuahua dog and older cannot go down on the beach have to walk too far to get to cleaner and bigger area off the property definitely was dissatisfied with that.

The property is exactly as it is described and is perfect for our family (myself, wife, 2 boys, little dog, and my senior parents). The unit was clean and well maintained again this year...even replacing the couch and chairs from last year which was a pleasant surprise. The property manager did exactly what was necessary...not overbearing at all but gave the needed information exactly when it was needed. This is a great property, especially for guests with pets. This property was clean, modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and easy to maintain. While many pets were in the building, the noise levels were low, probably due to solid construction. Since my dog can be noisy, I appreciated this aspect. The property is steps from the beach, and the view was tremendous. Although it was colder when i was there, the balcony, pool, and outdoor lounge area are nice touches for warmer weather. The neighborhood is largely residential, but restaurants and shopping are close - some within walking distance. We enjoyed Molly Darby’s Irish Pub within walking distance. We had a great time, and we plan to rent this condo again the future.

We had a really super vacation. Check in after 20 some years Is easy. We had a little bit of a problem after arriving while unloading the car. Somehow we locked our keys along with the emergency numbers in the condo. A quick trip to the office and a phone call to Chris and the problem was solved before we drove back..(about 5 minutes) The condo was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. All appliances were updated. You do need some directions for the hall shower. According to maintenance they have to come often to show people how to make itwork. All the furniture, except the couch, was nice and comfortable. I think the couch needs to be replaced. Everyone, including fur babies had a super nice time and can't wait for our next trip.

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and 5lb shorkie. It was stocked full of everything we needed (except beach chairs-so be sure to bring them or you can rent them). We loved that the condo was mainly older couples and their families, because it was quiet and peaceful for most of our stay. The last 3/7 days there was a construction crew Jack hammering the building and concrete dust was going everywhere. It was the nicest of the 3 days we were there, so we couldn’t use the pool or even sit on our balcony, due to the noise and dust. They claimed it was an emergency fix, but the small piece they were fixing was like that when we arrived 4 days prior. I just wish they would have told us they were going to be doing that for 3/7 days or posted something about how long they would be there, since we would have checked out early or asked to use another properties pool/amenities during that time. Otherwise, the condo was very nice, in a great location, and was as described. Definitely would recommend this unit!

This condo is very well maintained, and the shower was great. It was only two of us, and the bed in the master was comfortable. Most importantly, it was clean! Have gone to Myrtle Beach for years and this Condo unit was hands down the best!
The positive is is too lengthy but of course, as always, there are a couple suggestions for improvements to keep this stellar property consistently in the 'super category'. I would suggest the replacement of couch and dishwasher.

The price and location of the condo were very good. That being said, the owners or property manager should be aware that there are deficiencies within the unit. First, the rocking chair on the balcony was broken and unusable. It appears to have been in this condition for some time. Second, a shelf in the refrigerator was broken and could easily be repaired (but was not). Third, the couch seriously needs replacement. Fourth, there were only three steak knives for six people. Finally, the pocket door in the master suite did not close, leaving little privacy for the occupant. I suggest the owner or property manager thoroughly review the unit and make the necessary upgrades.

All that being said, the location was excellent and the other occupants were friendly and a delight to talk with. My family enjoyed our time together as we live a good distance from each other, and we are thankful to have vacationed here. The check-in/check-out process was easy. Thank you.

We agonized over the idea of whether to continue with vacation or to cancel for months leading up to our trip because of the pandemic and what we were hearing in the news about the area. We decided to continue on with it and it was the best decision we've made this year so far. Everything was wonderful. The pictures were exactly what the place looked like upon arrival, we were very pleased. The only minor nit I would say is that the dryer had difficulty getting our clothes to dry. And consider getting a pizza cutter! With kids you make pizza and we couldn't find any pizza cutter to cut with. That said, I'd call it a resounding success if the only nits we had were those two things. Otherwise, it was exactly what we needed to feel like normal for a little while.

My family had a wonderful Thanksgiving get-a-way staying at 302 Crescent Dunes. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable for the long weekend. The grounds are very nice and super dog friendly which we appreciate. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to lay around and rest. Was pleasantly surprised by all of the cookware in the kitchen - great perk!

The condo needs just a bit of TLC - most of the buttons on the microwave didn't work, 3 out of the 4 coffee cups were chipped,etc. These details certainly didn't impact our vacation but wanted to note for awareness.

We did purchase the linen package which was great; although for $25/bed I would have expected the beds to have been made and sufficient towels to be provided. Not sure if this is something we would elect again.

The property team was so great to work with answering my many questions and never making me feel like a pest. They made the booking process a breeze!

It was a beautiful rental completely remodeled. This dog friendly unit was great for my husband ,myself and our dog. This rental unit has recently been renovated. It was roomy and bright with beautiful decor. Our family felt at home in this unit and it is always wonderful when we can bring our 2 dogs and be oceanfront. The kitchen had everything we needed, except it was missing oven mitts and kitchen scissors. No big deal but thought they should know. This is our second year staying at Crescent dunes and we love it here. We will be back again next year!!

This condo is a welcoming space for time spent with loved ones as I listen to the ocean and see its beauty right outside the sliding glass doors. 201 has ample outlets and lighting options. Carefully decorated yet room for my own belongings. Our pre-ordered linens were waiting for us upon arrival. Using the Schlage keyless entry was easy and SO convenient. I especially appreciate the leash hooks by the door! Thank you for thinking of your renters who enjoy having their pets with them while on vacation!

We always have a great experience in Crescent Dunes 201. This year we noticed that all new appliances had been added to the beautiful kitchen. The decor in this condo is just beautiful and we love that it has good AC to keep us cool during our stay. We did experience water condensation in the dryer when we used it and it took forever to dry what we had washed. When opened the door to see if our clothes or towels were dry, the front of dryer around the door was real wet with water. Also, it would be nice to have a better supported king mattress in the master bedroom that doesn’t feel like your going to fall off the bed on each side while sleeping. Other than those two things, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation.

We had a very good experience renting this condo at Myrtle Beach. It was very spacious, provided everything we needed and was in a nice location. The kitchen was well stocked, nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Overall, the condo was in very good condition and nicely furnished. The only negative (which is very minor) is that the curtains need to be replaced soon and the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to slide. The property management company was very responsive to any of my questions.

Have stayed at Crescent Dunes about 7 times now. Management always provides excellent customer service. Unit is very nice and well decorated. I have already re-rented for next year—nuff said. Ocean Front! Of course, rate it 5 stars and recommend to anyone. No vacation without pets. Only complaint, cleaning service washed the mattress pad and put it back wet—glad I noticed before close to bedtime. Small price to pay for bed with ocean view...

Loved our stay this year (we have been to this same condo previous years). This condo has never disappointed. Roomy, clean, and well kept. Best view of the beach with comfortable seating on the balcony to relax with a glass of wine. Jeanne Pullum has always handled our reservation and is always available for questions. Only suggestion I would make is to provide a few more towels and wash cloths in the linen rental. We had two towels and a wash cloth per occupant. Lots of wear and tear on the washer/dryer!

We had a great condo at Cresent Dunes. The condo was extremely clean and the best we stayed at since coming to North Mrytle Beach. The weather was sunny and 85, no rain. We played 4 very good golf courses. Meals were very good and Long Island ice tea at Oscars were the best!

Unit 201 was the sixth different unit in which we have stayed. While we have enjoyed the other five units, 201 is certainly the best. The expanded shower and the removal of the kitchen wall make a big difference. We loved the polywood, bar height chairs on the balcony. As always, the unit was spotless. No other rental company keeps their condos as clean. We've already made reservations for October and next June.

our vacation stay as always was amazing. The only thing we did not like was the check-in processes. The rental office does open until 4pm. We had outside in the heat in a line to get our keys. It was a mad house at the condo with only 1 elevator. It was after 5 before we got out stuff in our room. The check in process needs to change.

My daughters family moved from Anchorage AK and could finally come back to Myrtle Beach for the holiday. It was the most magical experience in a wonderful condo. The place was in great shape as it was just redone. It is well taken care of and maintained, and great ocean view.
Only downfall is that there are no restuarants or pubs within walking distance, but if you want to cook the kitchen is pletty big.

We have stayed here three years in a row. We love this building. The owners have done a tremendous job updating this unit. Retreat Myrtle Beach is fabulous to work with. We would never rent a vacation property through anyone else. They know what they are doing when it comes to renting pet friendly units .... with no carpet to worry about and leather furniture. The units at Crescent Dunes are spacious and so clean you would never know they are pet friendly. We are already booked for next year. This is a great section of beach. The pool is a little smaller than most but it never seems to be crowded when we use it. A great place to rent for the whole family including your little furry pal. Favorite restaurants: Snooky's, Rapone Italian, Filet's, Molly Malone's.

This was our 4th stay in 2 years. We truly love staying at CD. Plan to stay as much as we can. Everything was great. We rented the sheets and towels this time which saved us from having to bring them. Condo is stocked well in the kitchen. Our small dog also loves the beach just as much as we do.

First time for staying 2 weeks. Had a great time with family. Unit overall was in good shape. Did have a problem with the dryer. About half way through the stay we needed to use washer and dryer. Found dryer did not work. Reported it but we had to air dry items. 1 remote also did not work. We still enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in this condo on multiple occasions and love it and its location. This year, my son and his family joined us, as they had two years prior. He (my son) commented almost daily about how uncomfortable the mattress was in the room in which he slept. He slept in the same bedroom two years prior and had no issues with the comfort of the mattress at that time. Perhaps the mattress is at the end of its life and needs to be replaced. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable vacation.

Fourth time at this property. Third time in this unit and once again a great stay. Super clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen well stocked. My only suggestion is adding some three-way bulbs to lamps to improve lighting for reading. Otherwise, a great time and looking forward to next visit.

We have rented this unit several times with friends. It is clean, quiet and well equipped. Love the covered ocean front covered private balcony. Owners have recently painted the unit and do a great job of upkeep. We walked to the Irish pub for outdoor food and drink which is conveniently near the condo. I highly recommend this unit and will be returning next year!

We were there the last week of June 22-27. Weather was awesome. The unit was just like it was when we left last year. Very clean! We stayed on the beach most of the time and brought food in or cooked in due to COVID. Very quiet area, perfect for pets. We love staying in this unit!!

Crescent Dunes 201 is a lovely unit! The decor is very attractive and comfortable. Everything was super clean and in order. The kitchen was well stocked. The management office was so easy to work with, even getting us into the unit early. The trip was such a wonderful experience!

This was a girls trip with my daughters and granddaughters. The condo was just beautiful and met all our needs. We found it much more spacious them expected. I highly recommend for families, couples or a girls get away! Located right on the beach and pet friendly. Rental agent was very easy to work with and the price exceptional!

This rental unit has recently been renovated. It was roomy and bright with beautiful decor. Our family felt at home in this unit and it is always wonderful when we can bring our 2 dogs and be oceanfront. The kitchen had everything we needed, except it was missing oven mitts and kitchen scissors. No big deal but thought they should know. This is our second year staying at Crescent dunes and we love it here. We will be back again next year!!

This condo is a welcoming space for time spent with loved ones as I listen to the ocean and see its beauty right outside the sliding glass doors. 201 has ample outlets and lighting options. Carefully decorated yet room for my own belongings. Our pre-ordered linens were waiting for us upon arrival. Using the Schlage keyless entry was easy and SO convenient. I especially appreciate the leash hooks by the door! Thank you for thinking of your renters who enjoy having their pets with them while on vacation!

Loved our stay this year (we have been to this same condo previous years). This condo has never disappointed. Roomy, clean, and well kept. Best view of the beach with comfortable seating on the balcony to relax with a glass of wine. Jeanne Pullum has always handled our reservation and is always available for questions. Only suggestion I would make is to provide a few more towels and wash cloths in the linen rental. We had two towels and a wash cloth per occupant. Lots of wear and tear on the washer/dryer!

We always have a great experience in Crescent Dunes 201. This year we noticed that all new appliances had been added to the beautiful kitchen. The decor in this condo is just beautiful and we love that it has good AC to keep us cool during our stay. We did experience water condensation in the dryer when we used it and it took forever to dry what we had washed. When opened the door to see if our clothes or towels were dry, the front of dryer around the door was real wet with water. Also, it would be nice to have a better supported king mattress in the master bedroom that doesn’t feel like your going to fall off the bed on each side while sleeping. Other than those two things, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation.

We had a very good experience renting this condo at Myrtle Beach. It was very spacious, provided everything we needed and was in a nice location. The kitchen was well stocked, nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Overall, the condo was in very good condition and nicely furnished. The only negative (which is very minor) is that the curtains need to be replaced soon and the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to slide. The property management company was very responsive to any of my questions.

Have stayed at Crescent Dunes about 7 times now. Management always provides excellent customer service. Unit is very nice and well decorated. I have already re-rented for next year—nuff said. Ocean Front! Of course, rate it 5 stars and recommend to anyone. No vacation without pets. Only complaint, cleaning service washed the mattress pad and put it back wet—glad I noticed before close to bedtime. Small price to pay for bed with ocean view...

We had a wonderful vacation, however we have stayed there several times in the past and everything was emaculate. This time there was so much dust under the beds and the tables had sand on them. Floors were not clean and we could not work the dishwasher, no instructions. We was disappointed floors looked like they had not been swept at all and also silverware was very dirty.

My daughters family moved from Anchorage AK and could finally come back to Myrtle Beach for the holiday. It was the most magical experience in a wonderful condo. We stayed in Crescent Dunes years prior and we will return again. The location was perfect and the condo was top notch. The customer service we received from Jeanne during our booking and paying process was perfection. She was so helpful and better yet, remembers us from previous years. our vacation stay as always was amazing. The only thing we did not like was the check-in processes. The rental office does open until 4pm. We had outside in the heat in a line to get our keys. It was a mad house at the condo with only 1 elevator. It was after 5 before we got out stuff in our room. The check in process needs to change.

Unit 201 was the sixth different unit in which we have stayed. While we have enjoyed the other five units, 201 is certainly the best. The expanded shower and the removal of the kitchen wall make a big difference. We loved the polywood, bar height chairs on the balcony. As always, the unit was spotless. No other rental company keeps their condos as clean. We've already made reservations for October and next June.

We had a great condo at Cresent Dunes. The condo was extremely clean and the best we stayed at since coming to North Mrytle Beach. The weather was sunny and 85, no rain. We played 4 very good golf courses. Meals were very good and Long Island ice tea at Oscars were the best!

This was a girls trip with my daughters and granddaughters. The condo was just beautiful and met all our needs. We found it much more spacious them expected. I highly recommend for families, couples or a girls get away! Located right on the beach and pet friendly. Rental agent was very easy to work with and the price exceptional!

We have rented this unit several times with friends. It is clean, quiet and well equipped. Love the covered ocean front covered private balcony. Owners have recently painted the unit and do a great job of upkeep. We walked to the Irish pub for outdoor food and drink which is conveniently near the condo. I highly recommend this unit and will be returning next year!

We were there the last week of June 22-27. Weather was awesome. The unit was just like it was when we left last year. Very clean! We stayed on the beach most of the time and brought food in or cooked in due to COVID. Very quiet area, perfect for pets. We love staying in this unit!!

We have stayed in this condo on multiple occasions and love it and its location. This year, my son and his family joined us, as they had two years prior. He (my son) commented almost daily about how uncomfortable the mattress was in the room in which he slept. He slept in the same bedroom two years prior and had no issues with the comfort of the mattress at that time. Perhaps the mattress is at the end of its life and needs to be replaced. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable vacation.

First time for staying 2 weeks. Had a great time with family. Unit overall was in good shape. Did have a problem with the dryer. About half way through the stay we needed to use washer and dryer. Found dryer did not work. Reported it but we had to air dry items. 1 remote also did not work. We still enjoyed our stay.

We would never rent a vacation property through anyone else. They know what they are doing when it comes to renting pet friendly units .... with no carpet to worry about and leather furniture. The units at Crescent Dunes are spacious and so clean you would never know they are pet friendly. We are already booked for next year. This is a great section of beach. The pool is a little smaller than most but it never seems to be crowded when we use it. A great place to rent for the whole family including your little furry pal. Favorite restaurants: Snooky's, Rapone Italian, Filet's, Molly Malone's.

This was our 4th stay in 2 years. We truly love staying at CD. Plan to stay as much as we can. Everything was great. We rented the sheets and towels this time which saved us from having to bring them. Condo is stocked well in the kitchen. Our small dog also loves the beach just as much as we do.

The only problem was the ice maker did not work due to a part on order. Was not a problem as we picked up bag ice from nearby store. Plan on staying again soon.

We have stayed in Crescent Dunes many times. We had a great stay in 201. Very comfortable beds, clean and decor was very relaxing. And as usual we were able to bring our dog. All the other guest were great, most of whom brought their pets as we would meet while taking our walks on the beach.

We have always booked and stayed with Jeanne. The experience is great. The units are very nice and comfortable. The views are amazing. The unit is always clean when we arrive and in order. The atmosphere and other guests in this condo is very friendly. I have found this location is central to a lot of great attractions and dining at NMB. This is where I will stay every time I visit NMB.

We were in room 103. It was very clean. Tv options were improved! Kitchen utensils were plenty! Played golf, went shopping Tanger outlets Broadway at the beach and Barefoot landing. Ate out at Flying fish, Dino’s , Oscars and ice cream at Friendly’s. Bought donuts at Krispy Kreme. Those places we visited were after spending the day at the beach! No rain all week! We liked the new door lock system too.

Very pleased with this condo, location is central to shopping, eateries, etc. The beach here is very wide and very nice! The new check-in/out was very handy; keyless entry was very nice. Communication with the company was always great. Our condo was lovely and very well furnished. No maintenance issues at all during our staff!! The only issue that kept me from giving this all 5 * was the shower in the master bath. It’s a small stand-up shower with a small shower head. Other than this one issue, this is a very lovely condo that has everything you need for a wonderful vacation!!

We love to stay at this property and have done so for many years. This year the unit was not as clean as usual. Sand on the floor and dust before we unpacked. Also, the property is looking somewhat run down. The ceiling tiles need to be replaced in the parking area. More were missing than in place. Other than that, we love this property and look forward to staying again next year.

We've stayed at Crescent Dunes many times. We love the location and the fact that it's Pet-Friendly so we can bring our 2 fur babies. This condo wasn't as nice as some of the others we have stayed in. There are several chips and cracks in the tile floor, particularly in the kitchen and on the balcony. Several times I attempted to pick up or sweep up what I thought was debris on the floor, only to find out it was a chip in the tile. The shower in the master bath was very small and had little space for our shampoo bottles and soap. We won't be staying in this particular unit in the future, but again, we LOVE the location of Crescent Dunes.

After missing our vacation spot for the past two years we returned this October. Our vacation was fantastic. From the start, Jeanne in the office helped us book this unit as our regular unit was unavailable. Jeanne is so helpful and certainly an important asset to the company. We couldn't of been happier with the choice. The accommodations were clean and modern. Being on the first floor allows you the option of using the elevator or the stairs.The location is very accessible to restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. Our dog feels very welcome here. I would highly recommend Beach Realty. We can't wait to come back!

We had sun every day! 80-85. Went to Dino’s for breakfast first morning there. Next day Top Golf. Our routine was going to the beach at around 11am till 4pm. Then get ready for dinner. A few days we cooked in and others we went to Oscars, Landry's, Flying Fish. Also saw a show-at Alabama Theater. Shopping at Tanger outlets and Broadway at the beach. Loved where we stayed. The people at Retreat Mrytle Beach are wonderful. Were from Ohio and we been staying with Retreat for about 25 yrs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean with nice furniture. The view of the ocean from the bedroom & patio was fabulous. Easy walk to the beach from the back of the building. We were able to take our dogs to a nearby dog park so they could run & they also enjoyed their walks on the beach. Kroger grocery store is minutes away with a local burger place along side it for that quick dinner after you shop. Burgers are delicious. Best pizza was at Roasted Tomato, near the wax museum in Myrtle beach. They have a full Italian menu & bar.

My husband, Mom and I stayed at Crescent Dunes 103 for the month of March, along with our Himalyan and Pomchi. The condo is great ! Perfect location, nicely furnished, clean and comfortably laid out. AND you can't beat the ocean view right off the deck and master suite. The staff at Retreat Myrtle Beach were extremely responsive and professional and genuinely interested in having us enjoy our vacation.

The condo was much cleaner than other places we've stayed at that were pet friendly. I could still feel grit on the floor from sand when we first walked in, but I smelled bleach from where they cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. :) The only "complaint" I have is that the lighting in the hall bath was on a dimmer, but not sure they used the proper light bulbs. The light would flicker/cut off constantly and you had to keep messing with the dimmer switch to get the light to stay on.

My husband and I, two friends, and our little 15 lb. dog enjoyed a week at 103 Crescent Dunes. The condo is beautifully decorated, and more importantly, at least to me, it was very clean. We always travel with our dog and too many places that are pet friendly are not very clean. We enjoyed the balcony and open breezes from the ocean The rooms look just like the pictures on the website. The following is not a criticism but note to owner: the refrigerator door does not seal well so we made sure that we checked and re-checked that it was closed.

Loved the beach. Ocean front view was great. Dog friendly a must. Condo was clean and comfortable and included a washer & dryer, which made packing easy.
Only thing we would change would be the living room sofa - very uncomfortable.
Floors were easy to clean. Kitchen was great -dishwasher, microwave, stove.
Cooked most meals instead of eating out. Table and chairs on balcony made it nice to eat out on nice days. Will rent again.

Unfortunately our vacation was cut short due to Florence. We arrived on Sat. and had to evacuate on Tues morning. The unit was comfortable and clean, the beds were really comfy!.. Retreat called us on Monday to inform us about the evacuation. I was sorry to have to leave so soon, but genuinely appreciate that Retreat was more concerned for the safety of their guests and furry friends than the revenue ! Impressive ! We will try again next year !

We have rented Crescent Dunes condos for many years but this was our first stay in Condo 103. The furniture and beds were the most comfortable of any condo yet. This is a non-smoking building both inside and out. That's a big factor for us! Jeanne with Retreat Myrtle Beach management as always did a great job. We had a problem with the dishwasher and she had a repairman out and promptly fixed. The views - what can I say? This building is oceanfront and the sounds and sights are so relaxing. There are rocking chairs on the balcony - yay! I highly recommend Joe's Bar and Grill; Midtown Bistro; Villa Tuscanna for dinner and Crab Catchers in Little River for lunch and/or dinner. For breakfast: Johnny D’s Waffles and Benedicts. If you've never been before, I recommend dinner at the Boundary House in Calabash, NC and there's an awesome Christmas store within walking distance.

Very nice unit and friendly tenants. Quiet clean part of town right on the ocean. Wish there were more, affordable gems like this in the area! Nice upgrade feeling unit with nice furnishings and plenty of space. Would love if the pool was a touch bigger and there was a boardwalk over the sand trail to the ocean, but honestly cannot complain! Will definitely stay again!!

We have always booked and stayed with Jeanne. The experience is great. The units are very nice and comfortable. The views are amazing. The unit is always clean when we arrive and in order. The atmosphere and other guests in this condo is very friendly. I have found this location is central to a lot of great attractions and dining at NMB. This is where I will stay every time I visit NMB.

We were in room 103. It was very clean. Tv options were improved! Kitchen utensils were plenty! Played golf, went shopping Tanger outlets Broadway at the beach and Barefoot landing. Ate out at Flying fish, Dino’s , Oscars and ice cream at Friendly’s. Bought donuts at Krispy Kreme. Those places we visited were after spending the day at the beach! No rain all week! We liked the new door lock system too.

Very pleased with this condo, location is central to shopping, eateries, etc. The beach here is very wide and very nice! The new check-in/out was very handy; keyless entry was very nice. Communication with the company was always great. Our condo was lovely and very well furnished. No maintenance issues at all during our staff!! The only issue that kept me from giving this all 5 * was the shower in the master bath. It’s a small stand-up shower with a small shower head. Other than this one issue, this is a very lovely condo that has everything you need for a wonderful vacation!!

We love to stay at this property and have done so for many years. This year the unit was not as clean as usual. Sand on the floor and dust before we unpacked. Also, the property is looking somewhat run down. The ceiling tiles need to be replaced in the parking area. More were missing than in place. Other than that, we love this property and look forward to staying again next year.

We had sun every day! 80-85. Went to Dino’s for breakfast first morning there. Next day Top Golf. Our routine was going to the beach at around 11am till 4pm. Then get ready for dinner. A few days we cooked in and others we went to Oscars, Landry's, Flying Fish. Also saw a show-at Alabama Theater. Shopping at Tanger outlets and Broadway at the beach. Loved where we stayed. The people at Retreat Mrytle Beach are wonderful. Were from Ohio and we been staying with Retreat for about 25 yrs.

We were so excited to see how nice and well kept the condo was. We have stayed in this building a few other times and this was by far our favorite unit! We had an issue with one of the toilets and the company sent someone over right away!

After missing our vacation spot for the past two years we returned this October. Our vacation was fantastic. From the start, Jeanne in the office helped us book this unit as our regular unit was unavailable. Jeanne is so helpful and certainly an important asset to the company. We couldn't of been happier with the choice. The accommodations were clean and modern. Being on the first floor allows you the option of using the elevator or the stairs.The location is very accessible to restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. Our dog feels very welcome here. I would highly recommend Beach Realty. We can't wait to come back!

We've stayed at Crescent Dunes many times. We love the location and the fact that it's Pet-Friendly so we can bring our 2 fur babies. This condo wasn't as nice as some of the others we have stayed in. There are several chips and cracks in the tile floor, particularly in the kitchen and on the balcony. Several times I attempted to pick up or sweep up what I thought was debris on the floor, only to find out it was a chip in the tile. The shower in the master bath was very small and had little space for our shampoo bottles and soap. We won't be staying in this particular unit in the future, but again, we LOVE the location of Crescent Dunes.

Very nice unit and friendly tenants. Quiet clean part of town right on the ocean. Wish there were more, affordable gems like this in the area! Nice upgrade feeling unit with nice furnishings and plenty of space. Would love if the pool was a touch bigger and there was a boardwalk over the sand trail to the ocean, but honestly cannot complain! Will definitely stay again!!

We have rented Crescent Dunes condos for many years but this was our first stay in Condo 103. The furniture and beds were the most comfortable of any condo yet. This is a non-smoking building both inside and out. That's a big factor for us! Jeanne with Retreat Myrtle Beach management as always did a great job. We had a problem with the dishwasher and she had a repairman out and promptly fixed. The views - what can I say? This building is oceanfront and the sounds and sights are so relaxing. There are rocking chairs on the balcony - yay! I highly recommend Joe's Bar and Grill; Midtown Bistro; Villa Tuscanna for dinner and Crab Catchers in Little River for lunch and/or dinner. For breakfast: Johnny D’s Waffles and Benedicts. If you've never been before, I recommend dinner at the Boundary House in Calabash, NC and there's an awesome Christmas store within walking distance.

The condo was once again great, ocean view, very clean and had everything we needed. Sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and the waves crashing in every morning was magnificent. And as usual it was nice to bring our dog and not leave her behind. Once again, great memories in NMB

This condo unit was amazing! very well maintained, beautifully decorated and very well accommodated with everything you need for your stay. very short walk to the sand and a very nice pool. Property for the most part was well maintained. Upon check in at my unit, the sinks and showers were clearly not cleaned as there was still someonelse's tooth paste mess in the sink. Showers were not very clean. The tile floors were vacuumed but not clean by any means. The beds were very nice, clean and not worn. The living room furniture was acceptable but the sofa needs replaced.
The walk to the beach was nice, just a few feet away. Pool was well maintained. Parking was appropriate.

Unfortunately our vacation was cut short due to Florence. We arrived on Sat. and had to evacuate on Tues morning. The unit was comfortable and clean, the beds were really comfy!.. Retreat called us on Monday to inform us about the evacuation. The condo was much cleaner than other places we've stayed at that were pet friendly. I could still feel grit on the floor from sand when we first walked in, but I smelled bleach from where they cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. :) The only "complaint" I have is that the lighting in the hall bath was on a dimmer, but not sure they used the proper light bulbs. The light would flicker/cut off constantly and you had to keep messing with the dimmer switch to get the light to stay on.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean with nice furniture. The view of the ocean from the bedroom & patio was fabulous. Easy walk to the beach from the back of the building. We were able to take our dogs to a nearby dog park so they could run & they also enjoyed their walks on the beach. Kroger grocery store is minutes away with a local burger place along side it for that quick dinner after you shop. Burgers are delicious. Best pizza was at Roasted Tomato, near the wax museum in Myrtle beach. They have a full Italian menu & bar.

We were able to take our dogs to a nearby dog park so they could run & they also enjoyed their walks on the beach. Best pizza was at Roasted Tomato, near the wax museum in Myrtle beach. They have a full Italian menu & bar.
