You will delight in the breathtaking views from this classic corner unit situated in one of the most popular oceanfront buildings in North Myrtle Beach. Decorated in friendly yellows, classic Wedgewood blues, and with whitewashed wood furnishings, this unit will help you have the ultimate beach experience. If you truly enjoy all that the beach has to offer, including sun, sand, and surf, then this three bedroom, two bath unit, which sleeps up to six people, is the place for you. Crescent Dunes is a nonsmoking building located along the widest portion of the beach, so you can spend your days collecting shells, listening to the waves, swimming, playing, and soaking up the sun. When you have had your fill of seaside fun, you can come home and relax by the oceanfront pool, read a book on the deck, or enjoy a barbeque on one of the outdoor grills. If you prefer to cook indoors, you will find new white cabinets and contrasting blue countertops. To complete the beach bungalow feel, the entire unit is floored with driftwood color tiles that resemble hardwood floors. Flat screen televisions in the living room and each bedroom will ensure that there will not be arguments over what to watch on TV, and free wireless internet can keep you connected even as you get away. Come to North Myrtle beach and partake of all that is to be found on the Grand Strand, and let Crescent Dunes be your home away from home. THIS BUILDING HAS A 35# WEIGHT LIMIT FOR PETS, AS WELL AS A 2 PET MAXIMUM PER UNIT.

March - November we rent Saturday to Saturday only, with the exception of last minute requests based on availability; please call our office if you need assistance.
We rent strictly to families and adults 25 and over only in this property. Family groups are defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing together in one home. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non family groups, to be determined at the sole discretion of Retreat Myrtle Beach. Violators of this regulation will be denied occupancy and will forfeit the full rental amount. In the instance that a non-family group is found to occupy a unit, the violation of the above rules shall be grounds for an expedited eviction with no refund. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.
Rates are based on beach location, property quality, condition, furnishings and the number of people the unit may accommodate. Errors in descriptions, rates and property amenities listed or advertised are subject to change without notice. Omissions and/or additions or errors as well as changes in property bedding, furnishings and equipment, etc., shall not be the responsibility of the agent or owner. Errors can happen for many reasons, however, our staff works diligently to ensure the accuracy of the information offered in both printed and website material. It was a nice place to stay.We will always come back that's how much we love Crescent Dunes and the rooms.Nice.401 needs probably some new livingroom furniture.The sofa is to low esspecially of age it is hard to get up and the side chairs are peeling and getting it in the floor.Besides that it is really a nice place to opinion I would get rid of the big mirror nobody wants to see themselves all the time lol.Thank you.

Bathrooms also need to be updated. Unit was clean and building in good condition. We would certainly recommed this building to friends but would suggest one of the more updated units.

We’ve stayed at this condo before in different units and are always happy. This is the first time we’ve stayed in 401z It was clean and comfortable for the most part- the only thing I would say I was not thrilled about was the master bath- the shower is a tiny cube and very cramped. There so much space in the bathroom that is wasted, make the shower bigger like 302 and this place would be our new favorite!

The only three things that were wrong were broken dresser drawer and light in the center of the kitchen flickered at all times could not figure out the TV sets stayed on the same station at all times dryer belt was off when we arrived, but was fixed shortly after we were there Jeanie from Retreat Myrtle Beach does a fantastic job

Let's start with the bad because this review will get better as you read further.
To the owner of the condo: Us renters get it, you have a property that makes you money on the side. Congratulations, that is great. However, at least pretend you care about your customers who are making you the $$$$. Spend a little time and little money and this condo will be in much better shape. There is paint peeling from several parts of the walls and ceiling. The master bathroom is half painted and looks terrible. This place needs a complete paint job. (Which is easy and inexpensive). The air conditioner is not very good. The building is old so I'm not sure this is on the owner of condo 401 but the Air Conditioner is not really good. Also, the vacuum stinks. You need a new one badly.
Now the good, great location. You can't be any closer to the beach than this place and you are in the heart of all the fun for the kids. Solid restaurants nearby and obviously world class golf.
This place would be a winner if the owner spent a few bucks but until then I would pick another condo in this building if you're thinking about staying here.

We enjoyed our vacation so much. The condo is as pictured and was probably the most well-stocked rental we've stayed in. The corner balcony is large and offers great views. Beds & furniture were comfy although doesn't seat too many. The condo itself is a bit outdated in comparison with most of the other units. The master shower is very tiny with a bifold door but by no means was it a problem for us. The balcony doors were practically inoperable until a homeowner above us lent us his WD40. An older person could have problems sliding the doors open & closed safely and could be a safety issue for young children. The doors should be addressed/replaced soon. We loved the convenience of the property as it made it so easy to leave our umbrella/chairs in the SUV and not have to carry them into the condo. It's a straight walk to the beach with no stairs to navigate and once on the beach, it's much less crowded because most of the properties around are smaller. We loved the property so much we've booked another unit for two weeks next year. I would have booked this one had the bath been renovated and the sliders worked properly.

LOVED this condo and the location. Close to everything. Was on beautiful beachfront with easy access. Appreciated the elevator instead of having to climb stairs. Loved the fact that every bedroom had an outside balcony. Condo is very pet friendly with tile floors. We took mesh safety nets and zip tied them to the balcony rails for fur babies' safety. The only negative was the master shower. It was VERY tiny with accordion doors that folded inward, so it made it VERY difficult to get in/out. Ended up being one of our best beach vacations ever. WE WILL DEF. BE BACK!!!

The staff was quite pleasant. Condo was clean and functional for our short stay. Not updated by any means but certainly had what we needed. Plenty of parking. Great balcony. Nice flat beach great for walking. Sliding door from living area in need of attention! Major issue for us was the parking sticker! Do not put it on a window unless you want to spend time removing the gunk once sticker is removed! Wonderful breakfast at Blueberry Grill.

We have used the above unit for many years and have always enjoyed our stay. This years' visit wasn't so enjoyable. The house next door added a pool and the renters there were extremely loud with music booming and loud partying every night. We most enjoyed using the patio area and enjoying the view, the booming music made this impossible. It was so loud on one night I called the police who came and asked they turn it down which helped for that night but not the next night. If we do stay again it won't be in any of the "01" side of the building.

We have been staying at Crescent Dunes for many years but rented from a private owner. He sold his unit so we had to go through a rental agency. For the price of the unit you would think it would include linens but we had to rent them at $28 per bed which included four towels and four washcloths. Bath mats and kitchen towels were extra. There was also a notice in our packet that if there was sand on the floor after departure that we would be charged $100 even though there was a cleaning fee added on to the price of the unit. The unit was decorated very nicely and had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Our family has been to North Myrtle for years. First time at Crescent Dunes and without the whole group. Great location near our usual rentals. So happy to be able to bring my miniature doxies. They appreciated the elevator and the beach ramp as did their Mama. Ms. Jeanne was wonderful to work with. Response time for repair issues were so prompt. I was very pleased with the rental ease of Retreat Myrtle Beach. While I missed all the family being here, it made for a relaxing and restful vacation.
